What It Does
Led the product and coordination side of a complex API integration between an enterprise SaaS platform and a client's operational system. Scope expanded from 14 to 24 endpoints as requirements evolved. Managed endpoint documentation, coordinated between internal developers and the client's lead engineer, tracked integration progress through the Atlassian stack, and ensured data mapping accuracy across hauler, truck, manifest, and facility endpoints.
