Why I Earned It
Scouting shaped me growing up. Volunteering as a leader was a way to give back and stay connected to my Hungarian heritage while helping young people build real skills.
What I Learned
Learned how to lead and motivate volunteers, plan and run large events, and teach practical skills to young people — leadership experience that transfers directly to coordinating teams and stakeholders professionally.
